^{"Slipknot" is an American heavy metal band from Des Moines, Iowa. Slipknot consists of nine members, the current band members are Sid Wilson, Joey Jordison, Paul Gray, Chris Fehn, Jim Root, Craig Jones, Shawn Crahan, Mick Thomson, and Corey Taylor. The band's line-up has remained unchanged since 1999. Each member of the band wears a unique mask.
"Dead Memories" is the third single from heavy metal band Slipknot's fourth album, All Hope Is Gone. The track was released on 28 October 2008.
The music video starts off with Taylor seen without his mask and dressed in casual clothes carrying a shovel and smoking a cigarette. He walks from an urbanized area in to a more rural area with fields and begin to dig at the ground. He then seemingly falls through the ground and into a room below dressed in his Slipknot mask and uniform.}
