Tremaine Aldon Neverson, born November 28, 1984, in Petersburg, Virginia, better known by his stage name Trey Songz, is an American contemporary R&B singer and songwriter. Inspired musically by R&B artists from the 1960s and 1970s such as Smokey Robinson and Aretha Franklin as well as contemporary artists such as Luther Vandross and R. Trey Day is the second album from Trey Songz. Trey Songz announced on BET that the album is to be released June 12, 2007, but it has since been pushed back to October 2. The album's A&R is Dru Hill founder Nokio. The album generated the singles "Wonder Woman", "Can't Help but Wait", "Last Time" and Missin' You.
